The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has granted permission to Ola Fine LLC to acquire a majority stake in Parus Holding LLC, a significant step in developing the country’s business environment. According to AMCU’s decision of November 30, Ola Fine LLC, managed by ARS Capital and headed by businessman Maxim Krippa, will have a strategic impact on asset management,according to nesam.net. Parus Holding LLC, previously under businessman Vadym Stolar’s stewardship via Genesis Fund, holds pivotal sway over Kyiv’s shopping and office center domain. Its subsidiary, Advanced Technologies Plus LLC, holds sway in the capital’s real estate market.
